Miller is more proven since Pinto missed 1 year due to injury and half a season due to suspension but if not, I think it'd be seen as somewhat fair. As of now, add Boston's 1st at least

Brannstrom is pretty good for a 3rd pairing, good 2-way metrics considering the terrible common linemates he has had (Josh Brown, then decline Nick Holden, and now Hamonic)
This season, 62.7 xGF% when paired with Zub, 60% when paired with Chychrun, 51.3% when paired with JBD. (43% with Hamonic). Brannstrom is good when you give him a better partner than barely NHL players.
Last season? 90.9% with Chychrun (only 18 5on5 mins though), 70.8% with Sanderson, 67.6% with Hamonic (who was better last season), 58.6% with Zub, etc. Actually, the only pairing that was below 50% was with Zaitsev (47.7%)
