Description

i dont necessarilt like these moves, but I tried to be the most hollandesque i could be. I think he wants to get a top 6 F after the brown experiment blew up in his face, duclair should be relatively cheap given he has 8 goals and 16 pts in 40 games. pair him up with real skill and he'll be back to his florida form.Walker is a sneaky good top 4 dman, replaces Ceci everyday. Felt that was a fair price given retention and Ceci is not a negative assets as of right now. Reimer is going to be a Oiler for sure. Detroit, 35, has experience, holland just jizzed in his pants reading that. I dont know and dont care what the price will be, i dont want him but I know the old man is going to get him.

A very fair trade for Walker but Id rather them sign him short term and trade Risto instead. Ceci's skillset is different than Walkers.

Funny. I dont think hes making the decision atm. Everything is pointing to him being a puppet GM that is retiring in the offseason.

Either way, wings would rather hold Reimer than retain salary and get a late 4th rd pick if they are in a WC spot like they are today

I think a 4th for Reimer is about right but I wouldn't expect any retention for a 4th. Detroit has only 2 retention spots left and players like Ghost, Kane and Sprong who will all bring in bigger returns it's meow likely retention is used on a couple of them before Reimer.
