Lilly has some good EV defense numbers this season, moving him would be counterintuitive. Try to get Chych without moving him

Also if that's the price to for Roy I feel LAK will keep him

AZ easy pass - a 3rd in 3 years, now way swap mcbain for kampf and robertson isnt enough to make worth it

Leafs aren’t moving lily, chychrun isn’t needed the leafs have never been big fish hunters they aren’t gonna start now, pass and I don’t think the difference is a 1st

What has Lilly shown that makes u want to keep him so bad? He’s an offensive defenceman that doesn’t produce. Isn’t physical and doesn’t play on the pk. The only reason for the leafs to keep him is he’s probably cheap.

Maybe in a couple full seasons he’ll be good but for now I’ll take Chychrun who plays over 22 minutes and puts up over a half point per games every year

Super against moving the 2024 first and lily is valued at a 1st I think it’s an overpayment if it’s done in the offseason I want retention on him at the very least

Think you gave a reason to keep Liljegren. Yeah he doesn't play the PP because Reilly is the only Dman that plays the PP for the Leafs. It's like Liljegren couldn't. See maybe Liljgren 19 minutes a game is pretty impressive without PP time.

McBain would definitely be a solid add, and if he plays well, he might be a long term guy, as a local boy.

Maybe but Chychrun gets his minutes with only 2nd PP time but could run the 1st.

Lilly couldn’t run a PP if he tried that’s why the leafs 2nd PP is 40 year old Gio or AHL Timmins
