And I can say with 100% certainty that Goodrow neither before nor now would ever have Ottawa on his list of teams.

a late 1st and a bunch of non-factors alone are only maybe enough for Tarasenko at 50% retained, but Ottawa is definitely on Goodrow's no-trade list, and he'll cost minimum a 1st to dump that contract anyways
