Thanks for the offer. It’s a no today, same as yesterday however. And the day before that, and the week before that, the month before that and actually the year before that. Nothing against Monahan (and the value here). He’s simply just not a fit at 2C for Colorado.

I can just imagine the media reaction if Habs were to trade for one or the players presumably involved in one of the most toxic stories in professional hockey ever...

Contract probably terminated before. Habs don’t actually take him. It’s just part of the same trade story, frees up the cap space for Primeau and Harris.

No chance TB does that
1) THEY DON'T HAVE THE CAP SPCE!!!!!!!
2) Savard isn't worth a first anymore!!!
3 Thompson Crozier, Lilleberg, Carlisle, have all played extremely well. So no need for a old oak tree.
