Description

Maybe an overpayment if we assume Tanev for a 2nd // Rest for Lindholm, but I don't care.

If I'm Chevy I'm willing to pay a bit of a premium to get these guys ASAP with Scheifele/Vilardi/Morrissey all hurt. Especially considering how barren the market looks for good 2C options currently. Once Lindholm goes, prices could get stupid with the lack of supply on the market.

The guy had one good year a few years ago and every one still thinks he is worth half the team farm system... Aside from that year he never hit 30g and it is a down year for him this year. Crazy

No need for Tanev, so drop him out to make it easier.

No teams give up top prospects for rentals, so there's no comparable for Winnipeg giving up Lambert. Nor do teams going into the playoffs give up roster players they add to their depth. So, the Jets wouldn't move Iafallo and Calgary would probably prefer youth.

No to the Ducks trade… Stanley is good D depth for the playoffs.. trading him for a late pick would be stupid.
Way to much for the CGY trade…Lambert isn’t available and we don’t need Tanev… keep it simple…1st+(+) for Lindholm

Yeah that is a bit of an overpayment for Lindholm and Tanev, if it were Hanifin instead of Tanev that would make a little more sense as long as Chevy can extend them both
