    Agreed. If OP's looking for more of an explanation, the Sharks don't have that much free cap space AND they're at 49/50 contracts. If they make this trade it means any other trades will have to be player in, player out and they've used up most of their free cap space. It would take more than a 7th to cover for that.

    Ight then to Chicago same premise hand warm body to team that could play em pump value flip for higher pick at deadline etc get a free 7th see if they can flip body for 5th
