Fair enough? Jackets wont give Jiricek the chance he wants when he wants, maybe the Kings will.

Gudbranson - Clarke/P
or probably Jake Bean instead of Clarke, given what they're doing right now.


Anderson - Doughty
Gavrikov - Jiricek
Englund - Roy
give the bottom two pairings equal minutes, shelter Jiricek a bit until he gets better at the overall thing, but let him fly with his skillset.

p.s. I know it is pretty lateral for LA to want to do it, why not just keep their guy kinda thing. This is obviously a Columbus based offer.

Roy for Jiricek + a 2nd/3rd might just be the worst proposal I've seen on this website.

roy is one of the best defesive defensman in hockey they have the cap to sign and trade

Roy is also 28 and needs a new contract. Jiricek is 20 with a rookie contract and a higher ceiling than Roy ever has. It makes no sense cap wise to trade for Roy for CBJ, especially if only for an additional 2nd or 3rd. That's like me suggesting Peeke and a 2nd for Clarke. No way in heck that happens.
