Utterly delusional overpay TB doesn't consider that. You aren't getting their 2 best foward prospects and best draft capital for spare parts. TB coaching and management likes Raddysh way more than most on here. He was second in TOI in the playoffs last year just behind Sergachev.
Perbix has played extremely well since about the 10 game mark this year. Thompsons played well in Cuse and his 1 NHL game, Crozier also on the right has looked good in his limited time up . TB also can't take on that much salary. Absolutely delusional expectations from TB

With all the injury right now they would probably like to have someone as Savard who is a well known guys in town who know the player and the TB gameplay style as he's an previous member of the cup team. So adding Savard to TB roster wouldn't be that farfetch.
The price would probably be something like Ethan Gauthier and an small pick between 3 to 7 depend if there retention on is salary.

TB just don't need Evans and if they really want to add one center depth for playoff they could probably be call flames for Coleman and pay them the first round pick + for it who will be better option.

You haven't watched much TB since December 1 have you ? Apparently not if you think A the depth organizationally is missing it's not. Savard really isn't better than what TB has and the can't take his cap trades dollar in dollar out

TB will have around 8m available at deadline and if Montreal do retention at 50% this is 1.750m which is not that much. And even if this present group is good at the moment there could still use depth for playoff in case of other injury.

No Sergachev is going to be back right after the all star break so no they will have about 200k. Julien Brisebois any moves will have to be dollar in dollar out.
