Isn't 2C a bigger priority for the Avs then a Winger?

And what is Guentzel's next contract going to look like? Can we afford to keep him?

The Avs giving up two guys under contract for another 3+ years for two guys with deals expiring after this season makes no sense. Also giving up a first round pick too…

This is an absolute no. Why in the world would you trade a top 4D with term and a guy who is on a perfect third line with a freakin namn on it?! And add a first?! For a winger, the one position (and LD) that the Avs have no need to add at?

Honestly, I agree with your statement, it doesn't make sense... especially when Jake and Ned will probably cost you more than this to get.
