Should probably keep Lucius in there. But certainly don't need Kuzmin.

Say Stanley+Lucius rather than Kuzmin+Lucius.

I feel like Appleton and Iafallo are def players they need. Idk about not getting back a very good young piece in that deal tho

I doubt Ottawa is trading Norris any time soon.

I would do that deal in a heartbeat, but Ottawa wouldn't.
