Caps will not be taking players back in TDL deals. They do not want contracts or middling career players or not so great deals.
Phillips is not a 2nd line player, barely cracks the lineup never...try again there.
Dowd will get a 2nd round pick anything less is a huge failure...
I would rather try to dump Jensen than TvR.

Stars don’t really need Mantha. I’ve always liked him and he’s definitely an offensive upgrade on Faksa, but I think any cleared cap space needs to go towards a top four dman. Just my two cents. TVR or Jensen would be nice
