I’m a Bruins fan who hates Forbort with the passion of a thousand suns.

He would help the Oilers defensively though and Broberg already asked out. The third rounder can be adjusted who gives an eff it’s just the framework of the trade that I’m proposing

Do you really think the bruins are in a position where they should be moving NHL talent for AHL talent, and eating salary?

Look, I can understand disliking Forbort. He's not a point producer, and if you're a felger disciple, that's all that matters. What matters in actual hockey though is what the boston bruins management thinks. They trust him with big minutes, and have for 2.5 years. It's clear what they think of him, and frankly, if you watch the game closely, I think it's pretty clear why they trust him. This trade is a bad concept.

Felger can go kick rocks, dude knows nothing about hockey. What is a fact is that Forbort is a walking turnover whenever he touches the puck. Sure he can be on the penalty kill and block shots but he isn't durable, he ices the puck constantly, and every breakout pass he sends has more flutter than an effing butterfly in a hurricane.

The fact he is getting ice time over Lohrei is crazy to me. Sure, he is more trustworthy in the defensive zone without the puck but with the puck he causes as many issues as Lohrei does without the puck and Mason is a wizard at creation.
