Panthers have four upcoming UFA Dmen making 9.2m. Seems kinda crazy to spend 7m on on Dmen.
It's a crazy fantasy on CF. For instance....look at Flames the roster. Littered with UFA signings...which didn't cost any the Flames any assets to acquire. But somehow upcoming UFAs, payment is demanded.

I could probably go lower with the cap hit since it's Florida. My logic is Florida does it for the 8th year to keep the cap hit down. Was thinking along the lines of the severson trade last year. Could be under valuing Lundell at a 3rd roundpick though.

I don’t see Dallas trading Bichsel. He could play in Dallas next season. I could see him playing next to Tanev though.
