Honestly deal does nothing for both sides. Edmundson is 5th on Left shot depth chart Malenstein and Dowd improve the 4th line in toughness at the cost of skill. And our team as a whole gets worse. Mikheyev is elite 3rd liner okay top six who is coming off a torn ACL so his speed hasn't been what it once was. Either better to give him another year and deal what he I'd at the deadline. But get better replacement players IMO or reclamation projects that have higher potential to help the big team
