Description
Caps try and get as much draft capital as possible in the next two drafts and try and flip them to improve the center position. With Kuzy out maybe for the rest of the year they also have a lot of room to take on cap dumps or retain on another player

Issue is with Brodie... Not sure you've heard about Brodie's dad but look it up

Can't ask him to waive after what happened this summer...

Let's start with TVR and Eddy (@50% retained) for 2 3rds and discuss retention compensation for roughly a million for TVR (via 3rd party or not)

The kings trade would be such a win win, then they can ship out talbot to a goalie needy team and have a really solid 1-2

Talbot has a full NTC.

I can see the Kings doing Kaliyev for Lindgren, but they have no space for Mantha, even with retention. Drop the draft picks and Mantha from the trade and the Kings are interested.

Dowd is worth a 2nd. The oilers 2nd will probably be very late so I think a 4th would be fair at full cap. If you want any retention it’s a 3rd

No dice then. We need the retention.

I think Dowd is worth the 2nd + 5th. I can upgrade that to a 4th with $300k retained.

Not really, no. Grundstrom perhaps, but that only clears like $400k.
