So Cowan who is a winger in junior is suddenly a 3C in the NHL. And Minten who is a centre in junior is now a left winger.
20 man roster?? No 7th NHL Dman?

You've got a 20 man roster here without enough cap space to even bury Reaves on the Marlies - why would the Coyotes give you any sort of positive assets for $2.45M worth of 13th F/7th D?

Sorry, it's a bad idea all around. Minten isn't NHL ready and maybe Cowan isn't either. That's a weak Dman depth. Just forget about Stamkos and spread the cap.

reaves is going to cost assets to take him, timmins AZ gave to you for free, switch the picks to TML giving and find some other team wanting 2x middle picks and have a deal
