I don't think DeBrusk signs that low - you're talking about a measly $125K raise over his current deal. If that's the "take it or leave it" number from the Bruins, he's gone - I think he can easily get 5x$5.5-6M from someone else this offseason.

The Columbus deal is DOA to me, too - that 2025 pick is a)very likely to be top-40 and b)most likely going to the Flyers as part of the Provorov deal - CBJ can send their 2024 or 2025 2nd rounder to Philly, and this year's is looking to be about #36OA so I can't see them moving it. I could see this being one for one, but I also look at the Jackets' pipeline and see that they've got plenty of young forwards and don't really have as much LHD.
