I think that the error is in the assignment, not the trade value.

IF Kaliyev is in management's dog house despite the coaching change, then this offer is within reason. But I think that the new regime will be patient with Kaliyev, and not trade him this season.

The second likely gets it done, but LA might ask for a 2nd and a 7th or a 2nd and rights for an unsigned prospect.
