Why would you not want greig. The thing about this trade is... the salary cap this exists, so the Sens can't afford Nylander, nor would they want his enormous contract. The Sens would accept if this want Norris plus a pick for Nylander. Or maybe Tkactchuck for Nylander plus a pick.

Greig knew exactly what he was doing. Sens are a bottom feeder team. The fact that he, as a hardly established NHLer, caused that reaction out of Rielly and a team that is supposed to be contending is hilarious.
If it was Brady Tkachuk, maybe I could see a response like that… maybe? But still, it’s a bottom feeding team the leafs played like ****e against.
If they were playing the Bruins, or Tampa, or any contending team from another division, 100% cool with the Rielly response.

I think Reaves is literally the worst player in the NHL. I also personally don't agree with Freidman at all, to me it's obvious that Rielly went for the head. Where else would he have been trying to hit? The neck? Or spine? If he was, that's probably more dangerous, therefore garnering a bigger suspension. What Rielly did was quite obviously an attempt to injure, and that's pretty much all there is to say. Anyway, I'm done with this conversation, so have a good rest of you're day.
