Interest rates suck??? I'll agree with you, they are too low, considering the rate of inflation. Oh, if you think rates are too high now, go back to the years of 1975 to 2000 (approximately) where I would guess the interest rates twice as much as they are now.

Unfortunately lenders were handing out million dollar mortgages to people who had no business borrowing that much money.

Now they’re finally making the necessary adjustment by increasing rates.
