Avs decline. Sabres should be declining the 2nd trade with prejudice (they also probably decline the first).

The Philly trade is horrific for buffalo. I don't think mittelstadt can be moved if a second pair right d isn't coming back. Ritchie is an interesting player, but I would not trade for any forwards until the d is settled.

Were cooked this year. The Sabres need a right d to play on the second pair, and I'd target somebody physical, as the rest aren't particularly physical.

Adams is close to being cooked if he does not get things right at the trade deadline. Not address needs at trade deadline + miss postseason = termination of employment
