Replace 3 of the 2nds with Arizona's 2024 1st and Calgary would have to consider it. You could keep Soderstrom and Ruzicka too, the main asset would be this year's 1st with most of the rest of the return value in Crouse + the 2026 1st and a 2nd.

The Coyotes would probably love to have Andersson, as any team should, and they do have an abundance of picks and prospects as is, but I do believe they like their big boys (Crouse, McBain, Bjugstad), and Crouse would be a hard sell. Any deal involving him would be him alone for a treasure trove of pieces, not being involved in a larger deal shaking up the team dynamic this much. Only my humble opinion.

If that's a problem remove Crouse and Mangiapane but it'll still take this years 1st to get Calgary to consider it.

I'm generally just not a fan of trades with massive quantities of assets. It's way too difficult to analayze and they very, very, very rarely happen. Not just willy nilly.

If Andersson went to the Coyotes, it would be difficult to assess a fair return. I suppose Soderstrom and Arizona's 1st would be a start? Just not seeing a real fit there, especially given the problems facing the Coyotes franchise.

Let's say they settle in Utah and get a new arena there, all that, blah blah, make a ton of money, then, I can kinda see Andersson there being a huge piece.

Maybe not but neither would Calgary. Probably a moot point since the persistent rumor is they're after Hanifin. For Hanifin just Crouse and the late 1st should be enough to get it done.

I don't see any way that the NHL keeps a team in Arizona playing in a 5,000 seat arena with no future of at least a 12,000 seat stadium like at the Delta Centre in SLC has, past this season
NHL owners are tired of setting fire to millions of dollars for no change, I can see their AHL team staying in Phoenix/Tuscon area but that's it

Ironically, they are making more money and have a positive cash flow at the Mullet compared to Glendale's tenure.

They aren't trading Crouse, even though Rasmus is a stud. I don't think Mangiapane does enough lifting to get all that in return. I personally would load up futures for Andersson, but they aren't going to want to move this year's pick the way they are rocketing toward the cellar again. Doesn't seem like a great fit for a trade, because the Flames will obviously want stud futures.
