unless there is a clear plan for a 7 or 8 year extension this would be very, very poor asset management

Ok....so if an extension is in place, and eventual moving on from Lindgren (or Miller) is the plan- I can live with that. But if Hanifan hits the market in July...even if NYR end up extending- this would be a disaster.
