Toronto's not doing that. Acciari's been terrible, and he's a worse asset than Reaves.

Nieto's nothing special, just an ordinary defensive fourth liner, and Ruhwedel's okay but Toronto isn't going to give up Nick Robertson for a bunch of spare parts.

        this is so laughable lol.

You're leaving at least another 1st out of the Jake deal. If the Pens would trade him to a division rival the rags would need to overpay to get him.

        The rest is garbage.

TOR and PIT decline that deal.

        Carter doesn't waive his NMC.

They're not going to waive Reilly Smith

ANA won't take Rakell back they have an overpaid older winger already.

No you don't take it. It has nothing to do with whether they can resign him or not. Has everything to do with given a division rival a top line winger for a stanley cup push.

You tell them to pay up if they want that or pound sand.

If thats the best offer you get, you 100% take it, doesn't matter since hes a pure rental for them

it will not be the best offer.

Switch Kakko with Laf and then yes, but Kakko isn't worth it.

        Balls, my bad.

Someone else on here had a 1st and Kakko trade for Jake as well (clearly got them mixed).

Still though... I wouldn't be interest in a 1st and othman. IMO if they trade Jake it should be a 1st and a young current NHL player. They'll retool this team every summer until the core is done. Adding prospects now does nothing for the eventual rebuild.
