If Tampa decides to start selling off players it'll be more of a quick retool not a blow it all up full rebuild. Stamkos would be the one to move not Kucherov who they'd want to keep regardless. Tampa would prefer moving him west, Colorado would make a whole lot of sense.

Retained Kuch is worth like Aho and more not cap dumping and late picks you're like not even halfway to kuchs value here
