that doesnt get hanifin. not only that Ive had leaf fans tell me tj is a cap dump so not sure how that trade is anywhere fair for the flames

What's the benefit to the Flames in that deal? They get a UFA D man in exchange for a better, younger UFA D man? The 1st is what it is but they can get that literally anywhere in a Hanifin deal and it's not enough to take on Brodie's money just for the sake of helping Toronto.
