With how bad Meier has been, and with how much term he has left, the Blues shouldn’t be considering that at all. Certainly not without significant compensation for taking on that Meier deal, on top of what would be paid for Buchnevich.

Yeah I don't see the blues doing this or being interested in Meier with the contract. I think Meier is better than what he has shown but 8.8 mil is a big contract and too much of a risk
