Peeke is a negative asset, he can barely crack the Jackets lineup and has two more years at 2.75M...you're paying another team to take him.

Tex only gets moved if he wants to get moved, in all likelihood. Value is fine.

Columbus absolutely takes the Toronto deal, but you're probably looking at removing at least a 3rd to get Toronto to bite. If they think Peeke is a reclamation project that has some value, and Brodie is washed, that's a really cheap "upgrade". Columbus would flip Brodie, but at the moment I don't see Toronto taking that.

(And to everyone saying Columbus would need to pay to move Peeke: no. He'll just sit all the time since we're not competing, or be bought out in the offseason. We're not paying assets to move him, that's what contenders do when they're desperate for cap space).
