Curious to why the Leafs decline? Also, CGY will decline this retaining Mangiapane's contract instead of Tanev's. Mangiapane is a great TWF on a down-year but to be fair the whole of CGY seems to be having a down-year.

Remove Reaves and Samsonov from ltir and you are wildly over the cap.

I have to say it's a great looking team but the flames need a lot more for that trade. Reaves you can send down which is 200k against he cap. What is your plan with Sammy are you trading him?

No it's not. You can't just assign players to ltir to make instant room. You want those players, give up stuff.
