Impossible. Chicago only has 2 retention slots left the third is already being used and they won't be retaining 50% on anyone for free. It's definitely not enough for Anaheim to use all 3 of their retention slots either particularly not on Vatrano which would tie up a slot next year too. Might not even be enough for all 3 Ducks even without retention.

Like @MoxNix said CHI can't retain on all 3. But I'm sorry, this is a huge overpay. We've had Boosh, and he's a bottom pairing guy at best. ANd honestly we don't need both of Vatrano and Henrique.

I wouldnt pay half this if I was the Leafs. These are not players that move the needle for TO. They are just guys. And CHI isnt retaining salary for free lol
