Ep would be fantastic here, who couldn't use a 100 point selke candidate center? I'd pass though, this is one of those double tax trades where you pay through the nose to get somebody, and then immediately have to resign them, and since they could walk, you have already negotiated what's basically a ufa contract, for crazy money. A team in desperate need of a franchise center might do something like this, without a center, you're outside looking in, but the Sabres have several decent (even if not ep) centers, let somebody else pay that.
