I'm sorry I really don't want to be rude but Islanders fans have just got to stop doing this. Pinto is not available for trade. and if he was available for trade, it would take a lot more than that to get him. just because he is from long island does not mean that the Senators are just going to give him away to you

Pinto not available, and Pageau is currently overpaid by $2M, he's close to cap dump territory. Sens definitely don't do this

The 2nd is what pays for dumping Pageau without retention.

So, the trade is Pinto + Tarasenko for Wahlstrom + the 2024 1st.

Ottawa declines.
