What the heck did Liljegren do to this fanbase?

Overpay in both trades

Peeke trades fine... Wouldn't do the Borgen trade although I do love him

Want nothing to do with either guy

He’s a good player but makes too many mistakes. We also need a physical guy. We can’t go into another Boston series or Florida series with a soft team.

You wanna see a mistake fest watch Peeke for more than 2 minutes.

IK but maybe the coaching staff can help him. Having him for 3 years at 1.7M is a lot better then having Liljegren for 3M. And if Peeke could return to being a useful defensive defenseman it'll be worth it. either way, this is just all my speculation based on what the insiders are saying and if CBJ scouts/GM found what they were looking for when they attended the Marlies game. Ik it's not ideal but it's better then paying Liljegren 3M to play on our 3rd pair. Could even get Peekes contract retained a little more if it doesn't cost much

for the Borgen trade, I would have to agree. I didn't want a million comments from people saying that I underpaid. Definitely would take out Kokkonen or Hirvonen

Roni has had little to no time in NA, Mikko has been solid, Liljegren has been great as of late, and that 3rds mid-high. Just an overpay for Borgen
