Sabres aren't trading for futures. You can have Olofsson for free. Even if Granato hates Krebs that 2nd has 0 value. Sabres have the best prospect pool in the league as report by the athletic

Doesn't mean you need to use the second round pick, you can use that in a trade. If you have the top prospect pool in the league, you need to create playing opportunities for them.

They could use Krebs in a trade, especially if your equating a 2nd to his value, there's no difference

We don’t “need” to trade Krebs
And we frankly aren’t looking to do so

A trade like u suggest just isn’t happening
Olofsson could be had for a pick- NOT Krebs though
