    was just gonna say... not a chance on hell habs give the leafs cap relief and take on that bloated contract, especially giving up the the better draft pick

    Phi wants a 1st rd pick for Walker. Potentially a little more.
    So the PHI trade is no good.
    Why would Mtl pay Tor to take their cap dump? Yes, Kampf is a cap dump

    Forget about the mtl trade, just wanted something to get rid of his cap which they will be able to do. Philly wants a first. Robertson value is ~high second, plus the third and tverberg whos over a point per game as an ahl rookie. Definitely a feasible package

    as someone else mentioned Tverberg is not really even close to ppg, Flyers brass have also said they aren't looking for anymore undersized wingers so Robertson is probably off the table, I could see them wanting Cowen with his connection to Bonk and Barkey

    simplify it and make it mantha 50% for robertson + whatever expiring roster filler you need to make it work

    You think Robertson is worth a high 2nd? You're a homer...
    He's 6 months away from being a waivers pickup.
    Sometimes teams prefer a 1st over a bunch of picks.
