They were teammates in 18 and 19, where Wennberg had 35 points in 66 games, and 25 points in 75 games.............

There is a 0.00% chance Wennberg will be playing with Panarin, barring any serious injuries.

Lindholm can play RW. VAN could be trying to cheaply sell him so they can get Jake. It could be a decent fit

It's not like Panarin is having a career year playing with Trochek and Laffy, so yeah split them up, good idea. Terrible trade and idea for the Rangers.

Or I mean the Rangers did not have the cap space to resign him (he was a RFA)... In hindsight we could have had space, without signing (that TERRIBLE) Nemeth deal, and Goodrow...

The Rangers need to do better in sending a quality return to the Penguins. The Penguins need scoring. The Rangers do not provide that.

yes but it was also the year of the famous Panarin playoff handshake..... which is one of the greatest moments in hockey in like the last 10 years.
