Description

The Oilers pull of a larger trade with Seattle to upgrade their Right Handed D Core as well as their 2nd Line RW while also getting reunited with two former oilers who they regrettably lost in trade and the expansion draft.

2nd, They made the trade with the Red Wings because Berggen requested a trade out of Detroit since he wants definite playing time in the NHL and that's something he’ll get in Edmonton. The Wings acquire McLeod to help EDM clear cap space plus they need a solid 3C while Larkin is injured

EDM isn’t moving McLeod, nor should they. SEA isn’t moving Larsson, per Elliotte Friedman. EDM is pretty much done. Maybe they make one more depth move, or a move for a back up goalie, but that’s likely all.
