It would be seriously incompetent to give a 4C $2M. Cup contenders against the cap have a really easy rule, the 4th line and 3rd pairing guys need to be making $1m or less. Walker is never signing that contract.

COL has traditionally never really run 23, and most teams don’t just so there is flexibility but yeah 20 only happens when teams are trying to accrue cap space and it’s usually just paper transactions.
