If Suzuki is the only “prospect” involved make Don Waddell president

That's a terrible return; Pens should demand, Bunting, Necas, a 1st and a B prospect

Necas played tonight so that’s not happening

Over pay. Bunting a first kid a solid prospect is fair.

Agree but Suzuki is far below a "solid" prospect.

Either Suzuki is not the only prospect, or the Hurricanes will be sending another NHL player with Bunting to the Penguins.

Players played games and learned they were traded after the game. Necas played, and can be traded afterward.

Yeah doesn’t really have a future imo. One of Ponomarev and Nadeau gotta be in the deal

Nope. They’re looking to add. Necas is going nowhere.

The Hurricanes will have issues if they cannot add the right assets the Penguins need. (Necas is a right asset the Penguins need.)

It’s a 2nd Morrow Blake Bunting apparently. Forget Necas

No it’s alright. Morrow is in the Reinbacher class and Blake is apparently VERY solid. A top 62 pick and a top 6 winger. Not a bad job at all. Like this deal for both side.

Canes front office proved why they are one of the best again. They keep their 1st and 2nd rounder this year and players like Pono Nikishin Nadeau.

Win Win trade

It’s tough when buddy is on LTIR still. So it’s decent considering. Morrow would have been the gem coming back. That would have been worth it.
