Kuznetzov? Dudes done. Duclair was a way better pickup and I think the Duclair move sucks for TB

Guentzel is the best player added by far. Toffoli is second best winger added.

Guentzel is another good acquisition but getting a second line winger for only 2 mid picks is pretty insane

Kuznetzov has a high ceiling. He was Conn Smythe worthy in 2018 with the Caps. If he becomes that player again Carolina will be a very dangerous team.

The Hertl deal if posted on here yesterday or before would have faced the wrath of the Sharks fan base, accused of being a troll, etc…I still can’t believe that one…the retention for 6 years and sending 2 3rds with him?

For me the “best” deal is Tanev. Dallas got a warrior for no premier pieces, he already got a goal.

And Guentzal wow, Sid and the gang loved that one….i don’t know the prospects well enough to really comment but on the surface Bunting for Guentzal…ick

That was a 25 year old Kuznetzov not 31 with a body breaking down. Have you watched ched Kuznetzov over the last 2 seasons at all? He's done.

It's a gamble but I like it because sometimes a player like that just needs a change of scenery. He doesn't have to be elite, just come up clutch in a few decisive games. He's a game breaker, much like Tarasenko and Kane. Every contending team needs at least one of those special guys.

Yea, that could make Buffalo a very exciting team if he manages to stay healthy. He's the best player moved this deadline, apart from Guentzel, and he's young.

What other goalies were traded? I think those were the only two, no? Either way, Jersey improved. But it's too little too late for them.

Or his legs could just be gone and as Phil Esposito has said when the legs go that's just it.
