Nope, wrong. This much worse. No blame on Tre, Tkachuk wanted out of a trash city in CGY

Cant even keep the elite players he drafted, everyone wanted out of the poor culture he created. Embarrassing

marchment was a depth forward stuck behind a squabble of guys and went to one of the best environments in the league to go to for a player on the cusp of the nhl/underachieving player (see forsling/verhaeghe/bennett/wennberg, even montour/reinhart took massive steps in florida despite being established players)

brodie deserved his contract when he signed and has dealt with his father passing this year

tavares was offered 13+ from san jose and other teams, 11x7 was a discount free agent deal for a true 1C (while also quite literally being the greatest free agent signing in the history of the franchise)

as for kadri, shouldn't have made that trade, but understandable given he was a clear cut 3C on that roster behind matthews/tavares. imo made sense to move him for defensive/depth upgrade, just picked the wrong guy

Don't worry about op, he's just angrier and angrier every day that the guy he named his latest account after has been nothing but an abject failure from day one

Where's Kadri, Hyman, and Marchment? Kadri told calculator boy to "kiss his *ss" when he raised that cup above his head

Denis Malgin, Aler Kerfeet, Tyson NoBarries tears of joy

imagine being so bad at creating a culture that all your good players demand trades, refuse to re-sign and basically go to management to get away from you then decide to stick around once you leave. So embarassing

Dubas recreate the same "1st day on the job" mistake in Pit that he did in Tor.

From overpaying J.T. when he already had Matthews and Kadri as a 1-2 punch.

To overpaying for EK65 when everyone knew his 100 point season was a fluke.

Now to Trevling...his trade and free agent signings are just as questionable as Dubas over the years.

This upcoming summer should be interesting for both GM's.

Trev will have about $10+ million to build his team.

Dubas now has his owner agreeing with his rebuild plan.

Wait for it... Bonehead Brad is your GM now and he's barely gotten started in Toronto!
