honestly im not sure what to do with all the players that should be in our top 6. boone isnt a fourth liner but everyone above him is because they're more talented or just fit better stylistically. if we move laine, id put nylander back on the tex-silli right wing and then kuraly can play boone's left wing. there's a ton of cap space though if we end up keeping provorov or we want to give more money to any of our RFAs to make the deals longer

Not sure Silly signs that. He is likely to bet on himself and that he could make more money next summer by improving. I will almost think he either signs his qualifying offer or negotiates a one year deal. Plus, gives him arb rights next summer.

Any deal with the pens would automatically require Yeager and a 1st to start. But highly doubt the Jackets would make that move anyway.

Yeah that'd be way too rich for us imo even if you retained some. Not a move we should be making then.

I would think he'd be moved in a hockey trade, just like he was previously. It's hard to gauge what his value might be since he has barely played in two years, so presumably a swap for a similar talented but never healthy player. Josh Norris, for example.
