I guess you missed Schneider's "Trouba" giveaway on the boards for the gift goal. No big deal, just tired from long top minute shift!! It happens, but he looked good.
Rempe was classless unfortunately. He Has to learn from this, accept his missed hits and play hockey, cause he's actually very fast, skilled enough, knows where to go, scares and runs through everyone on the ice.

He had 0 help from his forwards (Kreider I think?) just standing around watching the devils battle for the puck. And Schneider screened Quick too which he should learn not to do

It was a clear elbow, but let’s not act like the devils player didn’t jump backwards into it. It’s not an excuse, but nothing happens if Rempe was normal sized or if Seigs just takes the hit like a man

Reffing has been extremely inconsistent like calling Laffy for boarding when god forbid a Hughes brother gets hit lol

Rempe should get 10 games at least for that.

Hell probably get a game or 2. Maybe 3 max. First time offender

Exact same things that happen to Trouba, big minutes plus Lavi's wild, high wing system. Schneiders goof up was not at goal time, it was 5 seconds previously, where he got rubbed out while shoveling the puck.
Rempe was a spicy chicken wing, cause he was too excited and did not want to miss The big hit. Even worse, waving at the bench. But he'll be told and is smart. But boy is he a presence, surprisingly fast and effective and down right scary

There was no intent. Terrible form with the combination of him being 6’8 and Seigs jumping backwards into the elbow

He’s gotta live and learn

I’m not a fan of Trouba because he can’t skate. It’s like he’s skating in mud. I’m a big fan of Schneider because of his skating ability. Same with Miller. Lindgren is also a poor skater but he sits back enough to not get caught and Fox is so slow but positionally great

Hell live and learn. I’m sure the players and staff will coach him up

Oh no, he purposely threw out a "chicken wing" elbow to Seigenthaler's face, was completely intentional.

You obviously don’t know the player and it was bad form like I said lol but sure, you can think it was intentional if that makes you feel better

But I guarantee you if Rempe was normal sized and/or Seigs doesn’t avoid the hit because he’s scared of contact (like the whole soft Devils team is), it would be a fine hit lol

Whatever you need to tell yourself.

Looks pretty intentional to me.

Lmao I saw the hit 100 times. Bad form, didn’t tuck his elbow. But like I said, believe what you want if it makes you happy

And doesn’t change the fact that maybe I’m right about it being a fine hit if circumstances were different lol

So purposely sticking his elbow out was just bad form, good to know.

If he gets suspended. If. It will be a game. You don’t have to like it or be happy with it.
