Raymond has been shockingly good all season long, even when the guys around him are doing nothing. No matter what comes from this season, it's probably the biggest positive. So yeah, this is ridiculous haha.

Tim Stutzle is -9 this season (-57 for his career). Cole Caufield is -6 this season (-41 for his career). Rookies Logan Cooley (-15) and Adam Fantilli (-21) aren't off to a great start. And speaking of rookies, Connor Bedard leads them all in scoring, goals, assists, and premature Calder Trophy votes; he's -36.

Of course, all of those youngsters are on bad teams. So here are a few other names to consider:

Steven Stamkos = -24
Timo Meier = -24
Alex Ovechkin = -22

Raymond is in a clump of guys at -19, which includes Tom Wilson, Mason McTavish and Juraj Slafkovsky. I wouldn't blame the current slump on him.

Lucas Raymond leads the team in negative plus minus for the third year in a row or close to it. All those players you mentioned are having bad years. Raymond isn't a rookie either. Stop with the excuses.. He's not good defensively and he's got 18 goals. I've never seen more excuses made for a player in my entire life.
