Don't understand the Kostin trade. Why not resign Trenin and/or Duhaime than flip Sammy for futures? Also Kovalenko?

Can't see Mitts signing a deal like that. Girard is worth waaaaaaay more than that and isn't a cap dump; it's highly doubtful the Avs trade him over Manson.

Easy no for the Avs on that Girard trade. It's not even close. Annunen will be back up next year but don't see them moving Prosvetov like that either. Keep him for if a goalie goes down. The D is nasty and that Mitts contract is probably in the perfect mid-territory to be declined imo.
