I think the Devils would accept that, but you've got problems that will push you over the cap:
- My guess is Swayman needs ~$7M
- Toffoli will need more (I think Fitz would have resigned him if the 6M x 2 years was acceptable)
- Ned and OEL make more

You could always trade us Swayman for Holtz and the 9th overall pick to help with the cap issues

It’s an artificial cap issue because there is no need to sign Toffoli and trade for Holtz. To me, it would be one or the other,

Heinen might be a good extend option for the third line.
