Get real COL never does that like ever. You actually think COL trades a top 4 dman and former #1 pick for junk?

Not a sharks post, but personally offended at the junk comment Gushchin has been developing well the last few years and Kostin has 5 points in 6 games since joining the sharks. Yes I would trade them in a min for a top 4 D but I wouldn’t call them trash
And Colorado needs to think about cap savings here with them tight against it and trying for a cup

Klostin is on his 4th team, guys like Gushkin are a dime a dozen 22yr old wingers that can’t stick with arguably one of the two worst teams in the NHL, what do either of them remotely offer in value that COL doesn’t already have or simply pay the league minimum to somebody looking for a chance at a Cup? Sure COL needs to tend to the cap but only insane people think that a top 4 dman gets traded for that, when they could easily flip him for a 1st rd pick +. Come on Inrespect your takes but this trade offer is flat out ridiculous.

Gushchin isn’t ready for the NHL and we are trying to be patient with our prospects, he’s better than at least 1/2 out forward roster right now and will be an NHLer next year.
I’ve really liked Kostin so far and most times bigger forwards take longer to develop and I’m hoping that’s his case and he does well here, but he is slow lol but good shot!
but I am not defending this deal at all your right it’s crazy but I’ve seen teams do crazy things to get under cap before

A very easy no for the Avs. Nothing they need in that offer.

lol tell us you know nothing about Gushchin. “Can’t stick in the nhl” guy has played 4 games in the nhl and has 3 points. What on earth are you talking about? Why would the sharks force him into this roster when it’s clearly horrible. More goes into the progression of prospects then throw them in the nhl and hope they tear it up

And be more of clown and say that guy nets you a top 4 dman. Get real the Sharks suck, Klostin sucks, a 22yr old winger that should be getting prime ice time just getting to play in the NHL in non pressure games because that’s what teams that suck can do isn’t worth jack. But again tell me all the way back to my original post how that junk nets SJS a top 4 young dman on a good contract. Yeah didn’t think so. Ffs everybody loves their prospects it doesn’t mean they have any trade value to anybody else.

Where the F did I say that it was a fair trade? I made an argument against Gushchin being nothing, which was proven that he isn’t. Girard is good, not great. Avs fans can suck his toes all they want
