    Would think if Vegas is clearing cap room Karlsson makes more sense then Roy nearly double the cap hit.

    Not much reason for Montreal to do that, why shouldn't they take a shot at the 2025 pick being earlier than the 2024 pick?

    No team on Mikheyev's trade list would take his contract. Roy is a great value player, Vegas isn't moving him.
