Just like his former coach in LA and current team mate doughty called him out to the media. Doughty didnt name names but everyone knew who he was talking about. Can tell you doughty wont forget that and will always be on edge with it.


I mean it worked, PLD has been noticably better since being called out and the coaching change. To me that's not toxic, that's a player who responds correctly. 5 points, +4 in the last 5 games, I think people need to watch the guy play lately before calling him the biggest bust in the NHL.

I never said he was the biggest bust. I will say long term IMO La loses the trade almost on Valardi alone. and the cap hit with byfield growth and 2M retain on provorov puts them in a tough tough spot where they will lose more talent because of that trade.
